What this site stores, what it does not, and how to change your choice.
Overview
This website is a publication. It has no accounts, no forms and no advertising, and it runs no analytics. Reading it does not require you to give us anything.
This page describes the site as it currently works. If that changes, the page changes first — and anything optional is asked for again before it runs.
Information we collect
We do not collect personal information through this site. There is nothing to sign up for or submit, and we do not build profiles of visitors.
Like any website, pages are delivered by a hosting provider (Vercel). To serve and protect the site, it processes technical request data — such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time of the request — and may keep it briefly in operational logs. We do not use this data to identify or track visitors.
Cookies and local storage
The site sets no cookies. It keeps two small values in your browser, both of which stay on your device and are never sent to us:

Neither value identifies you. Clearing your browser's site data removes both.
Analytics and optional technologies
The site currently uses no analytics, measurement, advertising or tracking technologies of any kind.
If we add an optional technology in future, it will be described here first, it will not start until you accept it, and every visitor will be asked again — an earlier choice never carries over to something new.
Third-party services
Apart from hosting, the site uses no third-party services. Fonts, scripts and images are served from this site itself; there are no embedded videos, maps, social widgets or external fonts. Links to other websites, where they appear, are ordinary links — those sites have their own policies.
Your choices
When you first visit, a small privacy panel lets you accept or decline optional technologies. Both choices are equal: declining changes nothing about how the site works.
You can change your choice at any time with Privacy choices in the site footer. If you withdraw an acceptance, optional technologies stop where the technology allows it, and do not start again on later visits.
Changes to this policy
The date at the top of this page shows when it last changed. A change to what is optional is also a new version of the privacy choice (currently version 1), so you are asked again rather than assumed to agree.
